Artplay Media Digital Art Center launches a series of unique multimedia concerts combining live performance of symphonic music and modern video art. Visual effects and surround sound create the effect of full presence, transporting the audience into the world of movies, animation and computer games.
The project is realized together with Nella Musica Orchestra, a chamber orchestra composed of graduates of the Moscow State Conservatory, the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and the Academy of Choral Arts. The vocal parts are performed by the Nella Voice Ensemble.
“Your Name is Makoto Shinkai.”
Immersion into the unique cinematic universes of one of the brightest anime masters of our time - Makoto Shinkai. Musical compositions from the anime “Your Name”, “The Garden of Fine Words”, “5 centimeters per second”, “Someone's gaze”, “Suzume Closing the Doors”, “Child of the Weather”, “She and Her Cat”, “Catchers of Forgotten Voices” and other works of the Japanese director are played. Under live sound and thanks to video installations on the big screen 360° mythical stories are embodied, creating a full sense of personal living of the fates of characters from the classic anime.

Cinema360 — this is a total multimedia installation, immersing the spectator into the sensual world of masterpieces created by great artists. The images are projected on huge screens and on the floor as well. The total area of the projection is about 1200 sq. m.
